This is another car rental place that serves the military and their family members well. It has different kinds of auto ranging from sedan, coupes, vans for group to rent and the customer service is superb anytime any day to serve and satisfy the customers.
Made a reservation a week in advance. Ample enough time to get a vehicle. Was called 4 days after making the reservation,the last day they were open for the week, to say they will not be able to get the car untill the day after we needed the vehicle. They couldn't explain why except that it's still part of the holiday weekend, mind you they are opened that day and when we made the reservation they knew it was a holiday. If they called the day we made the reservation we could have reserved with another company however they called with one hour left in their business hours. Zero stars is not allowed but that's what they deserve .
Operators lie for commissions when they don't have cars. Your left asset the store without a rental. Always cal the store
