The lady at the front desk (Wendy) didn’t even have 2 minutes to help me get a copy of a paper I needed. Instead she asked me what school I go to and sent me to go ask them. I remember the lady that worked there before her was always friendly and assisted students. Customer service has gone down hill. As soon as I said I was a student her demeanor changed. A copy would have taken 10 seconds, literally her only job is to assist students and Marines.
I come here for food, for class, for help with Tuition assistance, help with fasfa, my college has a distance learning center here. The staff is great, the VA is very helpful and the transition course is so great for military transitioning to veterans. We heaven have the dept of labor and jobs fairs. 10/10
